Retainer packages
A retainer package gives you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month (minimum 3-month commitment), to be used as needed. This allows you to budget monthly, without any surprise costs! I'm happy to arrange a custom retainer - feel free to get in touch to discuss. Packages do not carry over from month-to-month. Retainer hours include briefing time and calls

How does it work?

Book your retainer package before the start of the month.

You can then either set work for the month, or contact me as and when you need support.

Remember that I can’t achieve the impossible: if you have a 10 hour package and ask me on the 30th for all 10 hours of work on the 31st, then I’m unlikely to be able to fulfil that!

I invoice you in advance of each new month.

You have the flexibility of either a rolling package or ending the agreement with a short notice period.
