- LinkedIn is once a day but only on weekdays

- Instagram you can post 1-2 a day and 2-3 stories per week.


Telling a story

Social media posts aren't meant to contain full paragraphs of content, but rather to tell a story. You will want to use:

  • Fun and engaging videos
